Our Approach

Planning

Planning stage involves working with the customer to understand the exact requirements, their target customers and the target market.

We try to research and understand the competitors if any and how the product will be positioned uniquely in the market.

We discuss and estimate the feasibility of the product the rough time-lines and the approximate effort and resources required.

Design

We work closely with the customer to create wireframes and screen flows.

Once the flow is evolved the real look and feel of the screens is created. Development and testing team is also involved to ascertain the feasibility.

The screens and the flow are iterated to achieve a desired UX. We finalize the scope of the project, with a room to accommodate future unforseen changes.

Development

The technical architecture is designed keeping in mind the scalability requirement.

The development cycle involves Spiral incremental approach. We try to put together the initial working screens as soon as possible on demo server.

The QA is involved at the end of each spiral cycle and after each cycle customer's feedbacks are accommodated.

Launch

The testing team rigorously performs the QA.

Once the product is in acceptable state we deploy it to the production.

We help customer understand with the details and help analyze their users behavior.

The development team makes sure any bug reported after launch is immediately fixed in the next deployment cycle.
